For private (non-City) events, the Gallery is available only on weeknights (excluding Tuesday City Council nights) and weekends. We cannot commit to regularly scheduled activities; all activities will subject to the internal City Schedule and based on a first-come, first-served system with internal Council activities prioritized.

Fees for Residents/Non-Residents:
For events in the Gallery, both a Facilities Monitor and Park Ranger must be assigned (4 hr. min.) at the cost of the applicant.
- Hourly Fee: $165.00 (Resident) / $207.00 (Non-Resident)
- Security deposit, refundable: $331.00 (Resident) / $412.00 (Non-Resident)
- Facilities Monitor, (hourly): $63.00
- Park Ranger, (hourly): $63.00
Description:
The posted capacity is 120 with theater or classroom seating, up to 150 with standing-only tables, less with round or rectangular guest seating (banquet) tables based on layout.

Step 1. Schedule An In-Person Walkthrough Appointment

Step 2. Application Submittal
- To ensure that we have enough time to plan your event, and to avoid late fees, please submit your application at least 7 days in advance. It is recommended to submit as early as possible to guarantee room availability.
- Applicant must submit application, upload proposed layout, and certificate of insurance listing the City of Beverly Hills as the Certificate Holder & Additional Insured

Step 3. Application Review & Permit Processing
- Staff will review date availability, layout, & COI
- Staff will process necessary paperwork & apply fees
Step 4. Payment & Permit Issuance
- A payment link will be emailed to the applicant.
- Applicant must pay fees, and review permit conditions.

Step 5. Day of Event
- Applicant must have printed issued permit on hand.
- Room must be restored back to original condition.
Step 6. Post-Event Walkthrough with Park Ranger
- Security deposit will be refunded after final walkthrough.
